• 👶 Free baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, playpen, safety gates, booster seat.
• 🛁 Optional bathroom linen rental: €3/person (1 large towel, 1 small, 2 gloves).
• 🫔 Linen provided free of charge (tea towels included).
• ⏰ Flexible arrival and departure depending on availability.
• 💡 Charges included (sheets, electricity, water) except central heating in winter (€8/night from October 1 to March 31).
• 🛏️ Supplement for additional beds: €12/person per night for sofa beds.
• 🍽️ Free loan of raclette, pierrade and crepe maker devices (must be returned clean).
• ❌ Animals not accepted (fragile parquet flooring).
• 💰 One night stay: weekend rate (2 nights minimum).
